State Laws

Because the 10th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution does not allow the federal government to set educational policy, each state rightfully determines its own laws in regards to homeschool education. Each of these summaries has been provided by an experienced homeschooling parent, all members of The Christian Homeschool Oasis. Each post contains a link to the actual homeschool statute for the state and a summary of the author's understanding of that law in practice; however, keep in mind that we write from a grassroots perspective and our summaries are not offered as legal advice.
